Softennect is built and supported by Softechware (Pty) Ltd in Centurion. Its first product, Lead Desk, alerts you the moment a website enquiry comes in and replies to your customer straight away.
Why Softennect exists
In most owner-run businesses, enquiries arrive in two places: a website form that emails an inbox nobody watches, and WhatsApp on a personal phone. The owner is on a job, in a meeting or off for the evening, and the customer messages the next business on the list.
Good operators lose that work to slower replies, not to better competitors. And because nothing connects the enquiry to the job it became, nobody can say how much work the website brings in.
Lead Desk closes that gap. A website enquiry alerts your phone, the customer gets an instant WhatsApp reply in your words, you track each lead to Won or Lost, and a one-page report arrives on the 1st of every month. Softennect is built and operated by Softechware (Pty) Ltd, run by Galen Myburgh. Softechware has built and hosted for South African businesses since 2020.
Lead Desk is our answer to enquiries going unanswered in owner-run businesses. It is new, with no client stories to show yet, and its first 10 founding businesses will shape what Softennect becomes next.
